Freelance Writing Jobs in the Philippines 03.11.2010

Thursday, Thursday. I know – I missed two days of job posting.  I apologize for that. In as much as I want to be able to post everyday, I’ve also got some work that I have to do. If you want to help me maintain this website, though, and post some blogs and stuff, please hit me up through the contact form. Of course, you would be given a byline :)

I’ve written about how to get your own domain name this week. Getting my own domain was probably one of my boldest moves since I started out, with the fear of maintaining it. Hahaha :)

Item # 15 Wanted Novice writer – (Home Based).

The owner of this post is a scammer. There have been numerous complaints about the said client asking tons of articles from writers and promising payment after the projects are submitted however, no payment is made but more projects are consequently provided with a promise that the payment will be done after the next batch of writing projects are done. BEWARE of this person: Lou Ramon Aguila. He has a Facebook account and he’s claiming to be an internet marketing tycoon! Please pass…
This person has already been banned in our local forum to prevent more sincere writers to be scammed.

Freelancing world are full of scams. You should be wise enough to know the person you are dealing with. However, there are also cases of misconceptions — quarrel between the client and writer — that resulted to personal vendetta. Or Maybe the client just got broke after being by scammed by another client.– Now that’s a double whammy for him..empty-handed and a posting barrage…poor guys

Anyway, it is all part of the risk…Freelance writing is a game. Play it wise or suffer its consequences…
