Thank you (I think) for this website. I find it interesting that so many “opportunities” are for slave-labor rates. What kind of a writer would write for $2 an article? Only if you coul dload the entire thesaurus in you word processor and push a button that spews out 200 words at random. But, again, apparently some people will sign on for this work Ah well, good luck to them.
I agree to that, but there are some people who are just starting out and would take those ‘opportunities’, as you say. And in a country where a $230-salary/month is typical for an office job, I guess there are some people who would take these $2 to $3 per article. I admit that I myself started out with such rates, but as they build on their experience and portfolio, they can move up the ranks and help themselves take higher paying gigs. Thanks for pointing that out, btw.
Wow, looks like you’re set for some bigger take soon. I just found you through my mybloglog sidebar avatars. Thanks for dropping by my site, even if you happened to be there by accident. LOL. I admire people who loves to write, if only I got the same talents.
Hope to see you again – you probably want to check out my news and article site at Bloggista.org. Some writing collaborations might of interest to you. Or, you can buzz me thru my email.
Goodluck on your new home! And by the way, I love the way you answered William’s comment. Cool.
More power!
I didn’t go to your site by accident – I actually go there a lot to read ;D And of course, I’d love to do some collaborations with you. Can I post a link of you here?
Come on. Anybody can be a writer. It’s just a matter of trying hard, practicing, and falling in love with it. ;D
Thanks for dropping by too ;D I really appreciate it
Wew! That was fast reply. hehe, it’ll be a pleasure to see a link here. Will also include you in my blogroll. Now I have one more blog to visit to help me in my quest towards writing greatness. Hehe, honestly, I better be running 5 minutes non-stop than write 500-word article. Well I guess I just have to try a lot more.
You’re welcome, the pleasure is mine.
Looking forward to collaborating with you, Kristine.
When the inspiration comes to you, try writing – you’d seriously go through it in a blaze ;D don’t try, though. It’ll just come
Thanks for that
would be happy to collaborate with you, too
Hands down! A blogger, writer, musician and a gamer. We have a lot of things in common, one thing though, I’m not into freelance writing, but upon tumbling on your blog, makes me think if I can or I would.
btw OT:
liked Panaginip . You sound like Sitti. (I think your a Fan or I maybe wrong, you the design Sitti’s concert poster, that’s nice) (I’m also into oDesk, pardon me if I sound like a stalker)
I’m into gaming, I play Perfect World, and a proud member of Holy Order of the Light. Check it out here: holy-order.org
Thank you
And yes, I am a fan of Sitti – even before I met her personally
No problem about that
I’m happy to share my music to other people
Hi Kristine, I am confused with all the jobs and how to reply to them. Anyway, are you still writing for essays.ph? I am now but I think it’s not worth it especially when I’ve read about the opportunities here. Can you guide me on this? Thanks.
Hi Eunice!
Sure, I’d be writing a guide about it soon. And no, I don’t write for Essays.ph anymore….I guess I got too busy with other stuff as compared to what I got from them. However, I really miss the bonding times in the forum with my fellow home-based writers
